A new luxury apartment community in South Fort Worth is pre-leasing units ahead of its planned summer opening.

The 284-unit Trailhead at Chisholm Trail Ranch at 9301 Brewer Blvd. is offering one- to three-bedroom apartments, including studio units. The first residents are expected to move in June 2024, and rents start at $1,370, management company Willow Bridge told The Dallas Morning News.

The complex is within Chisholm Trail Ranch, a 625-acre master-planned community that features single-family homes, retail spaces, a park and a trail system just west of Chisholm Trail Parkway.

The apartments are spread across seven buildings and include open-concept layouts, smart home technology and other amenities. The complex will be home to a resort-inspired pool, two dog parks and electric vehicle charging stations.

Features such as artwork and landscape design will honor the Chisholm Trail, a famous route used to drive cattle out of Texas in the late 1800s. The News previously reported on the construction of the $63 million luxury apartment community in 2022.

The project is being co-developed by Dallas-based Aberg Property Company and Titan Development, of Albuquerque. Dallas-based Willow Bridge will manage the property.

The Dallas-Fort Worth metro area led the nation in apartment demand over the last year. D-FW saw a net absorption of 21,693 units in the last 12 months, according to data from Richardson-based RealPage. Net absorption is the net change in the number of occupied units.
